I was informed that I would receive a refund but I haven't seen it yet. We were told that we had been booked on to the beer tasting but that was advertised as optional. We were told that the cancellation was due to the canals being frozen but there were other boats…”

She informed that she could not help and that we should claim refund from the Company making the reservation. Request the advance paid be refunded as the service was not provided.”
